Overview:
Dr. Kristen Fox seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator to join her research program on health behaviors, psychosocial functioning, and healthcare experiences of youth with congenital heart disease. The candidate will contribute to an NIH-funded randomized clinical trial evaluating a mobile health intervention and other research. Key duties include obtaining informed consent/assent from adolescent and adult participants via phone or in person, managing quantitative/qualitative data, coordinating and scheduling research activities, and assisting with qualitative interviews. This position requires in-person work. Flexibility to work some evenings/weekends for recruitment/data collection is required. The position is available immediately. A start date by April 2026 is strongly preferred.

Ability to obtain CRA/CRC certification in a timely manner.
Understanding of medical terminology and clinical research preferred.
Working knowledge of PCs and word processing and data management software
Demonstrated analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Goal-oriented and self-directive
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to actively participate as a team player.
Previous experience in clinical research or health care related field preferred.
