What You’ll Do

As a Clinical Supervisor / Program Manager, you will oversee clinical services and ensure high-quality care for clients while supporting the professional development of team members.

Key responsibilities include:

Clinical Leadership

  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to behavioral health team members

  • Facilitate weekly clinical staffing, case consultation, and diagnostic review meetings

  • Ensure services are clinically appropriate, effective, and aligned with treatment goals

  • Support staff with clinical decision-making and treatment planning

Program Oversight

  • Monitor service delivery to ensure clients receive the appropriate level and frequency of care

  • Conduct monthly and quarterly chart reviews to maintain regulatory compliance

  • Ensure documentation meets agency, regulatory, and accreditation standards

  • Assist leadership with quality improvement initiatives and program development

Team Management

  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and staff evaluations

  • Maintain weekly supervision sessions and training plans for team members

  • Support staff training, onboarding, and professional development

  • Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage to maintain program continuity

Client & Community Collaboration

  • Coordinate services with community agencies, referral sources, and healthcare providers

  • Support transition planning and discharge coordination

  • Respond to clinical crises and ensure proper incident documentation

  • Promote collaboration between clinical, community support, and healthcare services

Education & Experience

Required

Master’s degree in one of the following fields:

  • Social Work

  • Counseling

  • Psychology

  • Behavioral Health

  • Psychiatric Nursing

  • Or a closely related field

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of professional behavioral health experience

  • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Licensure Requirements

Candidates must hold one of the following active Indiana licenses:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

  • Licensed Psychologist

  • Psychiatrist or Physician with behavioral health training

Equivalent behavioral health licensure recognized by Indiana will also be considered.

Additional Requirements

  • Successful completion of background screening including criminal, abuse/neglect, and driving checks

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • CPR and First Aid certification (within 3 months of hire)

  • Completion of required behavioral management and crisis intervention training

  • Ability to meet continuing education and licensure requirements
