Here are some of the key responsibilities of the Hospitality Specialist role:

  • Greeting and assisting clients and visitors: You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients and visitors, so a warm smile and friendly demeanor are essential. You'll provide assistance, directions, and information to help them navigate our facility and find what they need.
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment: You'll continually assess and address any potential safety concerns, respond to emergencies, and enforce safety measures to protect everyone in our facility. This includes conducting threat assessments, implementing crisis prevention and management techniques, and organizing safety training programs for employees.
  • Building positive relationships: You'll build strong relationships with our staff and clients through open and interactive communication, empathy, and understanding. You'll promote a sense of community and belonging, and help to ensure that everyone feels valued, respected, and supported.
  • Providing exceptional customer service: You'll handle client issues and complaints promptly and professionally, and go above and beyond to ensure that every person who walks through our doors feels heard, understood, and satisfied with their experience.
