What you'll do...
Key Responsibilities: - Create attractive and organized retail displays with quality beef cuts to enhance the customer shopping experience.
- Adapt displays and product offerings to reflect changing trends and customer preferences.
- Follow all safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries in the work area.
- Manage time effectively to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Communicate clearly with team members and promptly inform management of any issues or concerns.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, utilizing the Open Door Policy and implementing action plans as needed.
- Complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using available resources and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to identify priorities and expectations.
- Recommend and implement improvement opportunities, adapting to change and feedback.

The hourly wage range for this position is $22.30 - $24.30* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
