In this role, you will provide day‑to‑day psychosocial rehabilitation services in accordance with state regulatory requirements. You will facilitate structured activities and education sessions, support treatment plan implementation, advocate for clients, assist with documentation, and help maintain a safe and supportive program environment while working closely with clinical supervisors and interdisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide day‑to‑day psychosocial rehabilitation services to adults with severe and persistent mental illness
· Facilitate PSR education sessions and structured activities under the supervision of clinical leadership
· Plan, organize, and lead groups, outings, and activities that support program goals and client skill development
· Serve as an advocate for clients by supporting implementation of individualized treatment plans
· Assist with client orientation, education, referrals, documentation, and participation in team planning
· Monitor program environments to ensure safety, sanitation, and adherence to program expectations and curfews
· Model appropriate behaviors and serve as a positive role model for clients
· Communicate observations and behaviors to the CPRC team to support coordinated care
· Operate agency vehicles to transport clients and support program needs
· Attend scheduled staff meetings and actively participate in program activities
· Demonstrate commitment to the organization’s long‑term and short‑term goals
· Perform additional duties as assigned by clinical or program leadership

Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
· High School diploma or equivalent
· Minimum of two (2) years of responsible employment history
· Knowledge of case management and psychosocial rehabilitation principles preferred
· Experience working with individuals with mental illness in a community‑based setting preferred

Additional Qualifications:
· Must have a valid driver’s license in the state of residency with an acceptable driving record
· Must have current auto insurance
· Must be at least 21 years of age to operate a company‑owned vehicle
· Must be at least 23 years of age to operate a company‑owned 15‑passenger van
· Must attain required Behavioral Management training within 30 days of employment or first available class
· Must complete “Direct Service Expectations,” Growth and Development, and Privileging and Credentialing requirements within required timeframes
· Ability to communicate clearly and complete accurate, concise documentation
· Ability to develop, coordinate, and evaluate services within assigned program responsibilities

Physical Requirements
· Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally
· Ability to perform repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements for typing and writing
· Ability to sit for extended periods with occasional walking or standing
· Ability to meet the physical demands of a sedentary work environment
