As a Targeted Case Manager within our Youth Residential program, you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the well-being and progress of the young individuals under our care. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advocate and liaison, seamlessly coordinating services with various agencies and educational institutions to provide a comprehensive support system for our youth. Your ability to effectively communicate and collaborate will be crucial in ensuring their educational, therapeutic, and aftercare needs are addressed holistically.
