As a Certified Substance Use Disorder Counselor, you will play a vital role in transforming lives by assisting individuals in their recovery journey. Key Responsibilities: 
• Complete the intake, screening, and assessment process within designated time frames. 
• Develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with state guidelines and clients' unique needs. 
 Facilitate group counseling and individual sessions aimed at resolving substance use-related challenges. 
 Participate actively in clinical staffing and treatment team meetings, sharing pertinent case insights. 
• Document services provided in accordance with regulatory standards. 
 Assist clients through transitions, preparing necessary documentation and correspondence. 
 Maintain professional relationships with referral sources, clients, and coworkers, in adherence to the agency's Code of Ethics. 
• Handle crisis situations effectively and represent the agency in the community professionally.
