The Global Marketing Excellence Professional serves as a cross-functional program manager and marketing operations strategist, driving consistency, efficiency, and impact across global and zone marketing initiatives. This role ensures alignment of strategy, flawless execution, and continuous improvement in marketing operations.

Key responsibilities include:
• Ensuring strategic alignment across global and region/zone/country-level marketing activities.
• Driving executional excellence through program tracking, milestone management, and launch readiness oversight.
• Fostering collaboration across teams to build a growth-oriented, customer-focused marketing culture.
• Accelerating time-to-market and improving consistency in launch execution.
• Enabling data-driven decision-making and marketing performance improvements.
• Designing and implementing scalable marketing processes to replicate across zones and business lines.
• Reducing risk and increase transparency in high-impact global initiatives.
• Capturing, analyzing, and reporting on marketing plan KPIs, analytics, and retrospective reviews

Marketing Program Management and Performance Optimization
•    Act as the central program manager for key global marketing initiatives and product launches, ensuring strategic alignment and operational excellence.
•    Define and optimize marketing processes and operating structures to drive faster decision-making and better execution across business lines and geographies.
•    Support development of marketing performance metrics and KPIs (in partnership with analytics team) and facilitate delivery of insights to stakeholders, driving data-informed decisions.
•    Manage post-launch reviews and retrospectives to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication & Cross-Functional Alignment
•    Serve as a primary liaison between global and zone marketing, product management, commercial operations, and other stakeholders to ensure marketing plans and tools are aligned with organizational goals.
•    Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the marketing lifecycle—from market and organizational readiness to launch and post-launch optimization.
•    Lead governance and communications touchpoints to ensure accountability and transparency across workstreams.

Launch & Initiative Execution
•    Coordinate and track cross-functional launch execution and readiness, maintaining clear milestones, timelines, risks, and mitigation plans.
•    Proactively identify blockers, risks, and dependencies—and take initiative to remove obstacles or escalate where needed.
•    Ensure readiness of marketing teams and tools by project-managing the execution of campaign plans, assets, training, and enablement activities.
•    Lead debriefing and knowledge-sharing activities post-launch to capture learnings and inform future go-to-market efforts.

Qualifications, Education & Experience
•    Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, general business, or related field.
•    5+ years of experience in marketing or commercial roles. Within life sciences or medical devices preferred.
•    Demonstrated experience supporting or leading product launches and/or large-scale marketing initiatives.
•    Proven success in managing complex projects in a matrixed global organization.

Skills & Capabilities
•    Strategic project management expertise, including managing multiple timelines and stakeholder priorities simultaneously.
•    Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com.
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
•    Comfortable using data and metrics to guide decisions, assess performance, and drive accountability.
•    Adept at change management and capable of influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
•    Highly collaborative with a “solutions-first” approach and ability to constructively challenge the status quo.
•    Highly skilled in MS Office Suite (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

The base pay range for this position is:

Min $105,150 - Max $157,730

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
