Role Summary:The (USA) Team Leader - Global Payroll, oversees payroll administration and data management to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing across global operations. This role involves leading a team to maintain payroll records, resolve issues, and support regulatory requirements while driving continuous process improvements. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and uphold operational excellence. The ideal candidate applies strong problem-solving skills and expertise in payroll systems to deliver reliable service and support organizational goals within established standards and policies.
About the Team:The Global Payroll team ensures accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple regions, supporting organizational compliance and operational excellence. This team manages payroll systems, data integrity, and regulatory requirements while continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency. Collaborating across functions, the team addresses payroll inquiries, resolves issues, and generates detailed reports from weekly and bi-weekly payroll runs. Members apply strong data management and payroll administration skills to maintain accurate records and support business needs. The team fosters a culture of accountability, integrity, and service excellence to deliver reliable payroll solutions aligned with company standards.
Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville, AR.
What you'll do: - Oversee payroll administration processes ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage payroll data, including user data consumption, master data hierarchies, and transactional data connections.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Utilize payroll systems to calculate payroll, process tax deposits, and maintain payroll records.
- Lead team performance through coaching, feedback, and development aligned with business goals.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, and documentation standards in payroll management.
What you'll bring: - Proven expertise in payroll administration and payroll systems to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of data management principles, including data hierarchies, privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in analyzing and reporting payroll and operational data to support business decisions.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen or Six Sigma.
- Skilled in root cause analysis and problem-solving to resolve payroll and operational issues effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing team performance, coaching, and fostering accountability.
- Proficiency with payroll tax calculations and maintaining tax-related records in compliance with regulations.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
