Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, required.

CPR, PALS and ACLS Certifications, required.
ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist Certification, preferred.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with patients of all ages (pediatric to adult).
Ability to function with flexibility and adaptability to an ever changing and fast paced environment.
Two years of experience in a Cardiology healthcare setting, preferred.
OCCASIONALLY: Fume /Gases /Vapors, Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 21-40 lbs, Reaching above shoulder
FREQUENTLY: Audible speech, Computer skills, Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning, Pushing / Pulling: 0-25 lbs, Sitting, Standing, Walking
CONTINUOUSLY: Biohazard waste, Blood and/or Bodily Fluids, Color vision, Decision Making, Depth perception, Flexing/extending of neck, Hearing acuity, Interpreting Data, Patient Equipment, Peripheral vision, Problem solving, Repetitive hand/arm use, Seeing – Far/near
For patient safety may need to intervene by physically assisting the patient to a safe environment.
