This individual will be responsible for translating strategic directives into day-to-day execution, maintaining audit-ready controls, and delivering perfect reporting that instills confidence at the highest levels.

The Sr. Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for a partner bank, managing the relationship with precision, responding effectively to urgent and ad hoc requests, and ensuring all program requirements are consistently met. By proactively identifying risks, driving operational excellence, and fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, this leader will provide the VP and Snap Finance with complete assurance that the bank partnership is fully compliant, high-performing, and strategically aligned.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Program Oversight & Compliance

    • Maintain audit-ready controls and governance routines, with flawless reporting delivered on time, every time, to ensure full transparency and executive confidence.
    • Anticipate issues and implement corrective actions proactively to avoid program disruption.

  • Strategic Execution & Partnership Health
    • Translate strategic directives into daily execution, aligning program operations with growth and compliance goals.
    • Ensure partner bank policies and processes are implemented consistently and adapt quickly to changes in regulation or credit policy.
    • Monitor and optimize joint initiatives with the bank, reporting outcomes and recommendations.
    • Respond with speed and accuracy to urgent or ad hoc requests from the bank, ensuring partner needs are met without compromising compliance or business priorities.

  • Relationship & Performance Management
    • Serve as the operational relationship lead with the partner bank, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on execution.
    • Conduct structured reviews with the bank to track performance, surface risks, and identify optimization opportunities.
    • Provide concise, data-driven updates and reports on program health and partner performance.

  • Leadership & Risk Mitigation
    • Coordinate cross-functional execution with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure programs meet regulatory, operational, and business objectives.
    • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, escalating with clear analysis and recommended actions to enable effective decision making.
    • Build strong risk management routines, reinforce compliance discipline & operational resilience.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 10+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, or payments, with at least 5 years focused on partnerships, business development, or strategic account management.
  • Proven success in structuring and negotiating partnerships with banks, credit unions, or other financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of consumer finance, lending products, and regulatory considerations (e.g., GLBA, FCRA, UDAAP).
  • Excellent communication and leadership presence; comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
