Our Program Management organization partners with Engineering and Product to bring high-quality consumer electronics to market at scale—connecting strategy to execution across hardware, software, and operations. The TV & Audio team runs cross-platform programs with multiple vendors and global partners, ensuring system-level alignment, predictable delivery, and strong launch readiness. This role reports to the Director of Technical Program Management and plays a key part in improving how we plan, track, and deliver programs across the portfolio.

  • Lead multiple complex TV & Audio hardware and software programs across vendors, platforms, and geographies.

  • Own NPI execution: scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, critical path, and risk/issue management.

  • Drive cross-functional execution with Engineering, Product, Quality, Marketing, Legal, and Supply Chain.

  • Partner with ODM/SoC suppliers (including off-hours meetings) to resolve issues and coordinate releases.

  • Run program cadences, report status/metrics, and drive continuous improvement and lessons learned.

What you’ll bring

  • Demonstrated experience in consumer electronics/high-tech; hands-on NPI; experience with TPM/EPM/product/engineering roles.

  • Proven delivery of complex, cross-functional hardware + software programs with global supplier partners.

  • Strong system-level technical fluency (platforms, APIs/services, reliability/observability, release/rollback readiness).

  • Advanced program tooling: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Smartsheet, MS Project, PowerPoint (PMP preferred).
