Position Highlights
POSITION SUMMARY: Works collaboratively with primary care physicians within the clinic to provide quality patient care in the outpatient setting. The duties of the Non-Physician Provider cannot be rigidly defined, but the following description characterizes common expectations of the position. The primary responsibilities may not be interpreted to prohibit functions not specifically identified. Starting hourly wage for this position is ARNP: $54.46, PA: $52.81. Actual hourly rate is dependent on experience.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
ARNP:
Graduate of a Masters of Nursing Program
Successful completion of certifications
Current licensure in the state of Minnesota as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
Demonstrated competency as an ARNP through previous experience is preferred
Board eligible or certified RHSHC privileges including but not limited to BLS
Excellent verbal and written skills are required, including ability to work with a team
Physician Assistant
Graduate of a CAHEA approved Physician Assistant training program is required.
Successful completion of certification
Current licensure in the state of Minnesota as a Physician Assistant
Demonstrated competency as a Physician Assistant through previous experience is preferred.
Board eligible or certified RHSHC privileges including but not limited to BLS
Excellent verbal and written skills are required, including ability to work with a team.
Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program required.
Graduate of an accredited Masters of Nursing program with an adult and/or family focus preferred.
Successful completion of certification of adult or family Advance Nurse Practitioner.
Current licensure in the State of Minnesota as an Advance Nurse Practitioner or eligible to obtain.
Three years' experience as a registered nurse in a clinical area required.
Attain privileges for delegated medical functions.
Graduate of a Masters Prepared Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistant program
ARNP/PA experience is preferred, experience can be as a nurse or related
Must maintain a current license to practice in the state of Iowa as a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant
National Certification is required
