Position Highlights

POSITION SUMMARY:  Student- Respiratory Therapy Practitioner is responsible for coordination of paperwork in the Respiratory Department Scheduling and other receptionist duties as assigned. The Practitioner is also responsible for inpatient and outpatient care under the supervision of a registered respiratory therapist.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:Education

High School graduate or GED

Experience

Medical experience preferred

Special Skills & Aptitudes

 Must be able to organize.

Must have good computer and communication skills.

 Ability to perform detailed assignments follows direction, understand work has interruptions, and relate to patients, hospital staff, and visitors.

 Ability to recognize personal training needs and follow through to gain new competencies.
