Position Highlights

Starting pay at $20.00 per hour.

The Intern provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies’ standards. Performs supervised individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, consultation/outreach, and case management/coordination. Provides psychological assessments, intakes, and appropriate referrals. May perform other related tasks that are a part of the agency's operation.

Essential Qualifications:

• Under the supervision of the clinical supervisor, provide direct care via group/individual therapy and case management, demonstrate the willingness to learn and improve skills.

• Demonstrates the willingness to be trained in multiple evidence-based therapies and skills. 

• Function as a client/family advocate and intervenes if necessary to ensure that client care is not compromised.
