Shepard Road Airport Parking located in St. Paul is looking for an organized, customer service orientated, and excellent communicator to be a Dispatcher at its Airport Park and Ride facility.

This position has primary responsibility for ensuring a high level of communication and coordination with team members and customers. This is a customer service focused role.

Job Description:

This is a 30+ hour per week position that does require a flexible schedule. The schedule will primarily be a 1st or 2nd shift from Monday – Friday with occasional weekend shifts.  There will also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts as the business needs require. 

Job Duties:

• Coordinate/Dispatch shuttle drivers and customers to/from the MSP airport terminals
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Respond appropriately and promptly to customer service issues as they arise
• Complete certain daily administrative tasks as deemed necessary by management
• Process customer credit card and cash transactions using the Net Park system
• Balance the cash drawer at end of shift
• Complete other job duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
