Provides medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician.

 

 

Essential Functions:

• Conducts patient assessments and diagnoses medical conditions under the supervision of licensed physicians.
• Develops and implements treatment plans for patients in accordance with established protocols. Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to aid in patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Communicates with patients and their families to provide education and support.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient and coordinates care with other healthcare professionals.
• Stays up-to-date with medical advancements and research to provide the best possible care.

Education Requirement:

Graduate of an accredited medical, osteopathic, or dental school, required.

Licensure Requirement:

Medical License in the State of Ohio, required.

OCCASIONALLY: Bend/twist, Blood and/or Bodily Fluids, Chemicals/Medications, Climb stairs/ladder, Communicable Diseases and/or Pathogens, Flexing/extending of neck, Fume /Gases /Vapors, Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 21-40 lbs, Patient Equipment, Pushing / Pulling: 0-25 lbs, Pushing / Pulling: 26-40 lbs, Reaching above shoulder, Squat/kneel
