Overview:


 

This position supports a clinical team co-located at the Franklin County Domestic Relations and Juvenile Court and the Franklin County Juvenile Intervention Center. Primary office location is at the Franklin County Juvenile Court and requires travel between NCH, Franklin County Juvenile Court, and other community locations as needed.

Valid Ohio driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection, insurance eligibility, driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Children’s Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

Essential Functions:

  • Oversees clinical operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develops and implements behavioral health programs tailored to patient needs.
  • Supervises and mentors clinical staff to enhance professional development.
  • Coordinates interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care delivery.
  • Monitors patient outcomes and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
  • Manages budgets and resources to support clinical services effectively.

Education Requirement:

Master’s Degree in related field, required.

Licensure Requirement:

  • Appropriate Independent Ohio licensure, required.
  • Supervisor designation, preferred.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated skills in providing assessment and treatment to children and adolescents. 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and lead staff, as well as to represent the agency to and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to work well with minimal direction, is detail-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to use sound judgment and interpret policy. 
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive and collaborative multi-disciplinary relationships.

Experience:

  • Three years of experience as a clinical supervisor or coordinator in an organization providing behavioral health services, required.
  • Five years of experience providing behavioral health services, required.
