Job Description:

This position requires an individual with introductory level engineering experience to assist with continuous improvement projects.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary.

• Assist Bethany plant with Aerial Traffic Flow & Logistics Optimization. This initiative would leverage drone technology and aerial data to analyze, model, and improve truck traffic flow, parking, and inbound/outbound logistics at our Bethany manufacturing facility.

• Assist Bethany plant with Manufacturing Floor Operations & Process Management Integration. This work would provide hands‑on exposure to manufacturing operations while contributing engineering, automation, and problem‑solving capabilities to day‑to‑day production management and improvement efforts.

• Other duties as directed by the Supervisor.

Minimum Educational Requirements:

• High School diploma. College Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Computer) currently in Progress.

Job Specifications/Skills:

• Physical strength to lift and/or carry minimum of 50 pounds frequently.

• Strong Interpersonal skills

• Computer:  Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Auto CAD.

• Team cooperation – maintain positive/cooperative attitude with all employees of Laticrete and customers.
