Location: 10 Optical Ave, Keene, NH 03431
You will contribute by:
Researching, releasing/voiding, and monitoring pending credits, including liaising with customers and sales departments
Gathering information from operational groups and the ICQA team
Logging daily findings and executed credits to assist in the weekly warehouse scorecard
Creating and distributing daily credit reports for assigned warehouses
Assisting with random weight allocation transactions and analyzing their impact on shrink
Researching and identifying errors, resolving them via billings/payments to customers/vendors
Reviewing and auditing the process for receiving product across all C&S facilities
Identifying, researching, and resolving vendor claims to ensure proper payment, making any necessary inventory adjustments, and reporting issues weekly to warehouses and management
Reviewing adjustments and reconciling with vendor return documentation, providing documentation to vendors and AP, sending AP uploads to process deductions, validating returns, and researching/resolving incomplete or erroneous information for analysis preparation
Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly reports across numerous inventory-related areas on an accurate and timely basis, including:
Shrink, including errors related to weight variances
Customer and vendor claims
Audit results for warehouse processes, including customer shipment and product receipt
Enabling sufficient information and knowledge sharing to ensure continuity during absences
Documenting all procedures
We’re searching for candidates with:
Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and software is preferred
2-5 years of experience, with a minimum of two years in applicable warehouse/inventory roles
Environment:
Office : Office Temperature (65F to 75F)
