This position is expected to manage sourcing activities related to negotiating and preparing contracts for execution that relate to Marketing, Professional Services and HR Services that are specialized or mid-scale in nature in accordance with purchasing regulations and procedures. Manages mid-scale sourcing projects and contracts while meeting company RFx standards and legal guidance.  Support category management cost savings initiatives by leading cross-functional projects that deliver holistic benefits, revenue generation, innovation, by leveraging company-wide Indirect categories and sub-categories strategy.

Requirements:

• Four-year degree with a minimum of 2 + years of sourcing /procurement in supply chain (or relevant experience) with understanding of software licensing, RFx processes, contracting process, negotiation skills.

• Focus on customer service with great communication - skills to communicate internally both upstream and downstream as well as with external vendors.

• Proven time management skills to handle multiple projects at a time.

• Ability to troubleshoot and generate ideas to improve processes, moving to more automation.

• Experience required with Ariba Contract Workspace, ServiceNow, and DocuSign

Salary Range: $59,840 - $89,750. In most cases, candidates offered employment expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.
