The Provider Contracting Coordinator 3 communicates contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement rates to providers. Analyzes financial impact of contracts and terms. Maintains contracts and documentation within a tracking system. Decisions are typically focused on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.
Required Qualifications
1 year of provider relations, provider contracting or account management experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (manage large volumes of data through tools such as pivot table & V-lookup)
Must live in the State of Louisiana
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
