As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Float at CenterWell Senior Primary Care, you will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that includes physicians, pharmacists, care coaches, behavioral health specialists, and more—all working together to deliver personalized, high-quality care.

You will be assigned a specific territory and primarily based out of our CenterWell Rosemont Clinic in Orlando, FL. While this is not a PRN or on-call position, some driving between clinic locations within your designated territory is required. Mileage reimbursement for travel is provided. You will report to Nicole Shafar, Associate Director, Nurse Practitioner. In this role, you will provide coverage for planned PTO at various centers, with schedules established at least one month in advance.
