We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Campus Recruiting Coordinator to join our Campus Recruiting Team at Humana. This role is pivotal as the Campus Team's hiring scope and volume increases in 2026 and beyond. It will increase the effectiveness of the existing campus recruiters on the team, venturing into new early career recruiting spaces. The ideal candidate will have a passion for talent acquisition. You should also have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment. Additionally, you would be interested in developing into a recruiter long-term as the team grows.

This position is located in Louisville, KY and requires you to work onsite at the office 1-2 days per week.

The Campus Recruiting Coordinator will focus on providing centralized support for the Campus Recruiting Lead and 4 campus recruiters across multiple disciplines and lines of business. This will be accomplished by being responsible for the following:

  • Support recruiters with 100+ on-campus and virtual events annually by ordering food, paying invoices, creating CRM registration pages, and drafting post-event follow up communications
  • Manage shipping requests for on-campus marketing collateral and swag from Louisville, KY
  • Building relationships with career center partners and assist with posting open positions on Handshake, Simplicity, and other job boards
  • Support with candidate sell days and Early Identification (Early ID) programming by booking and coordinating candidate travel, hotel room block reservations, and day of event coordination
  • Assist with resume reviews, sending assessments, and scheduling virtual first and final round interviews throughout the Fall and Spring recruiting season (~1000+ interviews annually)
  • Regularly update campus-specific Knowledge Link articles every six months to ensure accuracy and relevance, supporting timely access to essential information for associates, hiring managers, and interns
  • Facilitate the preparation and delivery of extended internship offer letters while meticulously tracking and documenting the candidate start and end dates across intern programs
  • Support with ad hoc projects as needed that could include event research, conference support, data cleaning for school analyses, and market research

Required Qualifications

  • Based in Louisville, KY and able to commute into the office 1-2 days per week
  • 2+ years of administrative and/or recruiting support experience, preferably in campus recruiting or another recruiting team
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written/verbal communication, project management, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment, meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Understanding of recruitment best practices and compliance regulations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in campus recruiting or recruitment coordination/support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in Workday as an ATS and HRIS
  • Comfort interacting with prospective candidates, school contacts, and team members at all levels

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
