Under the supervision of the Operations Coordinator. The CNA provides personal care and assists with activities of daily living. In addition to responsibilities that insure individual health and safety, the CNA will support the individual and promote individual growth through the development and implementation of habilitative programs. The CNA may also function as part of the individuals’ IPP Team.
