Summary:
Booster Gear is seeking an experienced Senior Screen Press Operator to join our growing team! The preferred Senior Press Operator will be an energetic, organized and dependable individual who demonstrates a can-do attitude towards finishing a job and striving for results daily. The qualified candidate will have the ability to work efficiently and effectively as well as exhibit exceptional attention to detail and press leadership as well as organize the production.

Core Responsibilities and Qualifications
Technical Skills: Must have a minimum of 3-5 years previous experience with automatic screen printing (M&R preferred)
Advanced knowledge with the setup and breakdown of screens, squeegees, and flood-bars
Independently set up and load 3-color jobs or more, screen sequences
Experience with additional types of ink in addition to plastisol
Ability to lead and teach others the skills required to operate a press
Production task experience including, mixing ink colors, and troubleshooting on press
Quality control experience and high attention to detail
Ability to work with tight deadlines and complete daily assigned jobs
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Ability to follow written work order instructions / notes
Strong time management skills and possess a great work ethic
Positive attitude
Able to work alone or lead a small press team
Excellent verbal communication skills
Must have reliable daily transportation

Additional Responsibilities
Uphold all company virtues and policies.

Consistently arrive to work, when scheduled, every day and on time.
Ensure excellent and timely communication with team leaders throughout the day in regards to attendance, work hours, and updates on daily tasks.
Communicate to team leaders when assistance is needed, in order to maintain production goals.
Assist other positions for the entire shop as needed to help ensure production goals are met.
Perform all cleaning responsibilities to maintain a clean work area.

Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Will be frequently required to stand, walk, and stoop.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move objects up to 40 pounds.

Compensation: $16 - $24 hourly
