We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Worker at our Preston, Idaho facility. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and operates Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a starting rate of $21.03 per hour.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fabricators. In this role, you will play a critical part in producing high-quality components that support essential infrastructure projects across North America.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and operate fabricating machines with full training provided

  • Set up molds and machines for all production lines

  • Safely lift and move large equipment, including heavy-diameter saws

  • Identify and resolve material issues to meet quality standards

  • Accurately set process parameters for optimal performance

  • Maintain organized storage of scrap materials and ensure clean work areas

  • Inspect and report potential safety hazards promptly

  • Troubleshoot issues and determine effective solutions

  • Support health and safety initiatives, including participation in JHSC efforts

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support production goals

Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required—comprehensive training provided

  • Basic math skills and attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment

  • Understanding of health and safety practices is an asset

  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring mobility

Working Conditions
