We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Production Worker at our Preston, Idaho facility. This position reports to the Shift Supervisor and operates Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with a starting rate of $21.03 per hour.
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Fabricators. In this role, you will play a critical part in producing high-quality components that support essential infrastructure projects across North America.

Learn and operate fabricating machines with full training provided
Set up molds and machines for all production lines
Safely lift and move large equipment, including heavy-diameter saws
Identify and resolve material issues to meet quality standards
Accurately set process parameters for optimal performance
Maintain organized storage of scrap materials and ensure clean work areas
Inspect and report potential safety hazards promptly
Troubleshoot issues and determine effective solutions
Support health and safety initiatives, including participation in JHSC efforts
Perform additional tasks as needed to support production goals
Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required—comprehensive training provided
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to learn
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team environment
Understanding of health and safety practices is an asset
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring mobility
Active manufacturing environment requiring walking, standing, bending, and lifting
Use of hand tools and equipment such as saws, heat forming tools, and gluing devices
Fast-paced setting requiring focus and attention to detail
