Job Description:
You will be providing DocGo services in New York City by monitoring and providing directed treatment common to complex injuries and illnesses through comprehensive assessments, including treatment, and outcome management for adult and pediatric patients. Here is what you can expect day-to-day as a Mobile Health Clinician –NY at DocGo:
Each day, you will drive to patients’ homes to provide patient care.
While at a patient’s home, engage in guided assessments and provide treatment under the supervision of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for patients facing barriers to accessing the traditional healthcare system
Throughout the treatment process, maintain patient medical records and documentation consistent with state regulations, DocGo standards, and policy through our EMR system
You will be practicing under direction with synchronous telemedicine support

Variable Days/Variable Hours - Will be discussed in further detail during the interview.
Responsibilities:
Act as a conduit for the medical treatment of the Health Plan Partnerships patient population
Navigate conversations related to management of health, well-being, medication management, and goals of care
Provide supervised, directed treatment of common medical diagnoses
Participate in continuing education as required by the state where you reside and the DocGo training team
Adhere to clinical and safety standards, protocols, and performance metrics
Provide care with cultural sensitivity and compassion
Lead your practice with a patient-centered approach
Other related duties as deemed necessary
Qualifications:
Must be available to accept work through the end of 2025.
Must have current unrestricted Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification
Must have minimum 2 years of recent experience as a CCMA
Active and current American Heart Association BLS Required
Valid NY Driver’s License (for at least 2 years) and an acceptable driving record
Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital – Critical Care, Family Practice or other relevant areas experience preferred
Clinical work experience with pediatrics preferred
Phlebotomy experience preferred
Fluent bilingual English/Spanish, preferred
Ability to lift 50-60 lbs
