Midtown is looking for seasonal Lead Pool Deck Hosts to join our world-class team from mid-May through September.  Position requires excellent communication, training in de-escalation, and supervisory skills.

The primary responsibilities are:

• Supervise Pool Deck Hosts in the performance of their role
• Oversee shift, rotation and break schedules
• Greet members upon arrival
• Engage with members to promote Midtown Special Events and programming
• Enforce Pool Deck Etiquette and Rules and Youth Area Code
• Address member questions and concerns
• Liaison between staff and members with Aquatics and Club Management

Lead Pool Deck Attendant requirements:

• Customer service / Hospitality experience
• Supervisory experience
• Friendly and engaging demeanor and communication skills
• De-escalation training to address member concerns
• Availability to work May through September
• Flexibility to work a combination of weekdays, weekends, & holidays
• Flexibility to work a combination of shifts (8:45am - 1:00pm, 1:00pm - 4:00pm, 4:00pm - 8:15pm) each week
• Compensation $20.00 – 22.50
