The Strategic Partnerships Manager is responsible for supporting CNA’s strategic partnership initiatives and driving field marketing efforts across key markets. Reporting to the AVP of Strategic Partnerships, this role plays a critical part in executing high-impact, market-facing programs that elevate CNA’s brand, deepen agent and broker engagement, and drive measurable business outcomes. The Strategic Partnerships Manager collaborates closely with business units, distribution teams, and external partners to ensure all activations and field marketing programs align with CNA’s strategic priorities.JOB DESCRIPTION:

In certain jurisdictions, CNA is legally required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. In District of Columbia, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York and Washington, the national base pay range for this job level is $72,000 to $141,000 annually. Salary determinations are based on various factors, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
