Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Legal Data Entry Specialist to join our team and support our data management initiatives. This position will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with legal terms, strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

This is a 1-month full-time temporary position with the opportunity to extend.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update data in databases

• Verify accuracy of data entered

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Adhere to data entry policies and procedures

• Communicate effectively with team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred

• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• High attention to detail and ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

• Basic technical proficiency and ability to learn new software tools quickly.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Skills:

• Fast and accurate typing skills

• Familiarity with basic legal contract terms, including effective date, termination date, party names, auto-renewal terms, etc.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality

• Strong organizational skills

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines

Location:

• Kirkland, Washington (Onsite)

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The hourly pay range for this position in Washington is $38/hr - $42/hr.
