We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Allocations Reporting Analyst to join our Engineering and Operations Finance team. In this pivotal role, you will manage and report on consolidated allocations, ensuring accuracy and transparency across segments and products. You’ll partner closely with finance and operational teams to analyze allocation drivers, optimize cost pool logic, and deliver actionable insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive monthly segment reports by expense and cost pool, providing clear explanations for shifts between segments.
• Monitor product cost allocation and explain changes resulting from cost pool allocation drivers.
• Develop and update allocation outlooks by segment and product.
• Maintain and update allocation drivers in PDAI.
• Build robust models to streamline and enhance allocation reporting processes.
• Evaluate and adjust cost pool allocation logic based on operational changes; provide analytical support and impact assessments to management for any proposed changes.
• Document and regularly update allocation logic for each cost pool.
• Support ad hoc projects as needed.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with Essbase/SmartView.
• Strong data modeling expertise.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel, including PowerPivot, Power Query, and Cube formulas.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

Our Lead Financial Analysis, earn between $118,800 - $178,200. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
