WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
Perform stock checks for customers and in support of Sales Associates
Assist with merchandise floor moves and other visual tasks
Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
Comply with all sales related policies and procedures
Maintain organization back of house to upkeep the standards and efficiency
Greet & interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
Determine customer’s needs and direct them to the appropriate sales associate
Assist the sales associates in resolving all client problems and complaints as needed
WE’D LOVE TO SEE:
2+ years of luxury retail experience
A self-starter with the ability to drive results
Curious and motivated with the ability to engage; a true sales professional
Customer service focused; ability to sell with a passion for client and community engagement
REQUIREMENTS:
Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English

Ability to work a flexible schedule during the seasonal assignment from November 16, 2025 through January 3, 2026

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift).
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop.
Ability to handle merchandise.
Ability to visually assess merchandise and customer needs.
Ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members in both written and verbal formats.
Ability to work in busy environments, including but not limited to working under bright lights, with music, and during peak traffic hours.
