The principal data platform engineer will be responsible for the technical responsibilities to help guide and implement the transformation of the threat analytics platform to a new strategic vision. This role will be required to solution, architect and implement the hardware and software capabilities required to modernize and evolve the threat platform.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
• Expert level technical, communication and industry (cybersecurity) expertise and knowledge.
• Architecture and implementation of strategic tools (Cribl, Palo Alto XSIAM, Databricks, Azure, AWS) will be critical components of this role.
• The position will require the leadership and strategic vision capabilities required for a principal level engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science or Cybersecurity.

Our Principal Cybersecurity earns between $141,300-$211,900 USD Annual, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
