Job Description:

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership:

    • Develop and oversee the strategic direction of the Movers Program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

    • Implement innovative marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention during the move process and beyond.

  • Customer Journey Management:

    • Map out the end-to-end customer journey for movers, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities to improve the experience.

    • Work closely with customer service and technical teams to address and resolve any pain points in the moving process.

  • Churn Reduction:

    • Analyze data and customer feedback to identify drivers of churn and develop targeted strategies to mitigate these risks.

    • Implement proactive communication and retention strategies to ensure customers remain satisfied and loyal during their move.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Partner with internal stakeholders, including offers, sales, product, and operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of the Movers Program.

    • Coordinate with external vendors and partners as necessary to enhance program delivery.

  • Marketing Campaigns & digital adoption:

    • Collaborate on the design, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns aimed at movers, utilizing a mix of digital, social, and traditional media.

    • Collaborate on compelling content and messaging tailored to the needs of moving customers.

  • Performance Tracking and Reporting:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success of the Movers Program.

    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting program performance and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer experience and retention programs.

  • Proven track record of managing complex marketing projects and achieving measurable results.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Our Principal Consumer Base Marketing earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
