AT&T is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Commercialization manager to drive growth and market leadership for AT&T Fixed Wireless solutions in the Mid-Markets segment. This individual will own the go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and enablement for our flagship enterprise-grade internet product—empowering businesses to stay securely connected, productive, and competitive.

What you’ll do

  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Develop and execute strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans for AT&T Fixed Wireless targeting Mid-Market businesses (typically 20–2000 employees), ensuring alignment with sales, product, and channel teams.

  • Market Analysis & Segmentation: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities and inform product enhancements for Mid-Market customers.

  • Positioning & Messaging: Craft compelling product positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks tailored to the unique needs of Mid-Market decision makers (IT managers, business owners, operations leads).

  • Sales Enablement: Develop sales tools, playbooks, presentations, case studies, and training materials that empower the sales force and channel partners to win in the Mid-Market segment.

  • Demand Generation: Partner with demand gen and digital teams to design targeted campaigns, programs, and events that drive pipeline growth and customer acquisition.

  • Customer Advocacy: Gather and synthesize customer insights via interviews, surveys, and win/loss analysis; act as the voice of the customer in product and marketing decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, Channel, Pricing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.

  • Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as pipeline, win rates, product adoption, and customer satisfaction to optimize marketing effectiveness.

What you’ll need​

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B technology or telecom, with a strong track record in internet, connectivity, or SaaS solutions.

  • Deep understanding of the Mid-Market segment, with proven success launching and growing products in this space.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts into compelling customer value.

  • Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional leadership abilities.

  • Experience enabling direct and indirect sales teams; familiarity with Salesforce, Seismic, or similar tools is a plus.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for technology and customer success.

Our Lead Commercialization earns between $143,800 - $215,800 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
