The administrative fellowship is a yearlong management track position. The fellowship will engage an individual in the operation of Geisinger through active involvement in the planning, executing, and analysis of components of current and future operations, initiatives, and programs. Administrative Fellow will be independently responsible for leading projects that support the goals and objectives of Geisinger. Goals and expectations will be clearly defined at the initiation of the program.Job Duties:

Masters Degree required or current enrollment in and good standing with a CAHME accredited Masters Degree conferring program- (Required), Master's Degree-Business Administration/Healthcare Management (Preferred)Experience:
