What you’ll do:

The Sr Spec Inside Cust Success 1 WL serves in an Inside Sales capacity as a crucial part of the Sales/Account Team, specializing in retention, growth, and customer service for the Mid-Market Business customer base. Performance appraisal and compensation are based on achieving specific monthly KPIs or targets. Responsibilities include Customer Lifecycle Management and needs-based selling across the organization’s products and/or services to assigned accounts, with a specific focus on retention.

Successful candidates will join the Wireline Customer Success team under one of these job titles, determined by skills, qualifications, and experience:

Sr Spec Inside Cust Success 1 WL $48,300 - $72,500 + commissions with a total target compensation of $78,300 - $102,500

Senior Inside Cust Success 2 WL $55,900 - $83,900 + commissions with a total target compensation of $88,900 - $116,900.

Lead Inside Cust Success 3 WL $61700-$92500 + commission with a total target compensation of $101700-$132500.

  • Retain assigned existing Wireline customers and maintain Wireline revenue while identifying and upselling opportunities to generate additional business.
  • Deliver on key sales metrics and drive improvements in customer Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  • Leads Management: manage a pipeline of leads focused on existing business accounts and maintain calling activity standards to ensure regular engagement with each customer.
  • Drive module management & strategy for an assigned portfolio of customers.
  • Secure renewal contracts, negotiate new agreements, and close deals directly with clients to sustain business relationships.
  • Handle account escalations and maintain direct contact with customers to resolve issues.
  • Design solutions tailored to customers’ strategic business priorities, requiring a deep understanding of both their business needs and the application of new technologies and products from the full portfolio.
  • Identify emerging trends and customer requirements, leverage industry expertise, and apply consultative sales skills to close opportunities.

Office Requirements:  Non-Exempt; A minimum of five days per week in-office presence is required. Roles are available only in the location(s) listed. No relocation is offered.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of entire AT&T wireline complex product portfolio 
  • Supervisory: None.
