💵 Pay Range: $27 - $34 per hour
📅 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM

What You’ll Do as a Lead Mechanic:

• Lead and coordinate daily shop operations and mechanic team activities
• Perform and oversee repairs, inspections, and diagnostics on diesel vehicles, including electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems
• Utilize vehicle computer systems to interpret failure modes and adjust engine and vehicle control modules
• Assign and review repairs identified on driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
• Respond to road calls and support emergency repairs
• Ensure accurate documentation using fleet maintenance software
• Conduct test drives to verify service and repair quality
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Mentor and train junior mechanics, fostering a culture of safety and excellence
   

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Proven experience in diesel vehicle diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and repair
✔️ Leadership experience or strong aptitude for team coordination
✔️ Basic tool set (Tool Allowance Provided!)
✔️ Hydraulic experience is a plus
✔️ Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and professionalism
