RIS I is the delivery of regional IT services to the end user. We offer support of end user devices including desktop, workplace peripherals, and voice and video devices. We support local and campus area networks, including wireless and cable plant.
AT&T has an opening for a Cable Services Crew Lead: To provide daily oversight of executing training and keeping track of tasks that have been assigned. Works under general supervision from a Cable Supervisor. Must provide leadership and training to other technicians assigned to install, repair, and/or test Voice/Data, and audio-visual infrastructure. This position requires office presence a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.
Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities:
As Cable Lead, they are responsible for ensuring that crew members have the technical skills and training necessary to complete their assignments. This also helps to create a more skilled workforce that may gradually be assigned more complex tasks. Additionally, cable leads track that each team member’s tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner, and reports deficiencies only to their requisite Cable Support Managers.
Responsibilities Include:
Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph)
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, combined with industry related courses such as BISCI Certification or Management Courses. Training in industry related courses such as networking, telecommunications, and supervision, as required.
Must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Coordinates with team members – those in project management, security, engineering and operations – to solve problems and manage projects. Conflict resolution, analytical, and decision-making skills are crucial to the position as well. Must have demonstrated experience with physical infrastructure.

Our Cable Services Crew Lead (Government) earns between $82,900 - $102,500 yearly. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
