Job Description:
Overall Purpose: Manage the end-to-end production of digital content, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with brand standards across various digital platforms.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

Project Management and Quality Assurance: Oversee the planning, execution, and quality assurance of projects across all platforms, ensuring timelines, budgets, and high standards of quality are met.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Resource Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and assess work requests, gather resource assignments, and advocate for the customer experience.
•
Technical Oversight and UX Principles: Apply solid knowledge of UX production methods and design principles, managing technical requirements and constraints to ensure optimal project outcomes.
•
Content Scheduling and Coordination: Manage the scheduling, publishing, and updating of digital content, coordinating creation and deployment to ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

Development of Processes and Business Solutions: Participate in the development of design processes, roles, and resources, and recommend business solutions and alternatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs/implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
