As Lead Product Management and Development, you’ll guide products from initial concept to launch—and beyond—ensuring every detail aligns with customer needs and AT&T’s business objectives. You’ll manage the full product lifecycle, own the business case, and partner across teams to deliver high-quality, high-impact offerings. Your strategic insight and leadership will fuel growth, innovation, and customer value.
You will have the opportunity to be part of critical transformation in our consumer broadband space. You will lead the product planning for broadband transformation initiatives & operational program execution. You will work closely with our Network, Technology, and Marketing organizations to define targeted transformation plans and then execute on those plans.

Our Lead Product Management & Development earns between $128,400.00-$ $215,800.00 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
