Job Description :

1. Page & Content Operation

• Support planning and execution of e‑commerce pages together with business and design teams.
• Coordinate with site operation vendor to ensure pages are created accurately and on time. Follow up on quality and efficiency of vendor’s work.
• Apply basic understanding of e‑commerce page structure and front‑/back‑end logic (HTML / JS knowledge is a plus).
• Execute and continuously improve SOPs through daily site operation and issue tracking.
• Ensure compliance with platform rules and operational standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve system or platform issues promptly. Support root‑cause analysis and track resolution progress.

2. Product & System Management

• Maintain online product information, including pricing, descriptions, and sales periods.
• Support daily operation, maintenance, and updates of e‑commerce systems.
• Identify operational or system issues and support problem‑solving and follow‑up.

3. Cross‑functional Communication & Global Liaison

• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders. Liaise with Global HQ to align on product and page information updates.
• Monitor website content to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with global standards.
• Communicate clearly via email to understand Global instructions and translate them into actionable local execution.
• Escalate key risks or issues to management in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑commerce, digital media, or related majors are preferred
• 3-4 years of experience in e‑commerce site operation, internet operation, or related fields in e-commerce industry or the consumer goods retail industry .
• Experience with official website operation or middle‑platform systems is a plus.
• Strong execution ability; able to work accurately under pressure.
• Clear logical thinking, strong learning ability, and good communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and responsible.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
