The Compliance Director is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining effective compliance programs and procedures to ensure CRC Group LLC operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role serves as a strategic advisor to business units, proactively identifying and mitigating compliance risks while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
