This role is market-facing responsible for shaping and executing CRC Group’s carrier strategy across its wholesale insurance platforms. The Carrier Distribution Manager partners closely with executive leadership, carrier partners, and field leadership to drive profitable growth through data-informed decision-making, disciplined execution, and strong carrier alignment. This role serves as a strategic advisor and operator—translating market intelligence and performance data into actionable strategies that optimize distribution, enhance carrier partnerships, and accelerate organic growth. The position requires regular travel to carrier partners and regional offices.Key Responsibilities
