Position Overview

Sherburne Family Practice is seeking a compassionate, mission‑driven Primary Care Physician to join our dedicated team providing high‑quality, patient‑centered care to individuals and families in the Sherburne community. This is a full‑time opportunity within a supportive practice environment focused on collaboration, continuity of care, and long‑term patient relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
  • Conduct routine wellness exams, chronic disease management, and acute care visits
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high‑quality patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings
  • Promote preventive care and patient education

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient‑centered care

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, including:

  • Salary: $275,000 – $345,000 annually
