Course: Advanced Cinematography

Building on foundational cinematography techniques, students in this course apply the technical and creative aspects of cinematography to various forms of digital media. Areas such as advanced application of lighting techniques and drone photography are explored.

• Facilitate classroom lecture and discussions while incorporating innovative teaching strategies.
• Engage students in cutting-edge technologies and industry trends.
• Assess student performance and mentor classroom success to prepare them for their chosen career path.
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum: MFA/MA or other related terminal degree with coursework in Film/Video Cinematography AND
  • one year of university instruction or approval by the Dean.
