Guardian is seeking a Life Product Support Specialist. As the Life Product Support Specialist, you will provide the field force with detailed product, rider, and illustration support, develop training materials, and conduct training for new agents to facilitate their onboarding at Guardian. Other responsibilities include providing comprehensive new business and in-force sales support to the members of the Guardian field force over the phone and via email. This support includes creating sales ideas, providing product and illustration expertise to the field and Home Office, developing sales support materials, preparing competitive data, assisting in training efforts, and supporting corporate marketing initiatives for individual life products.

Work Location: Hybrid: 3 days in Bethlehem, PA or New York office. Hours will be 9:30AM - 5:30PM (preferred), or 9am- 5PM EST.
Salary Range:
$59,110.00 - $88,660.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
