In this role, you will anticipate business needs, design and implement talent solutions tailored to unique LOB contexts, and shape enterprise talent programs that enable leaders to build high-performing, future-ready teams. You will operate with significant autonomy, influence senior stakeholders, and apply mastery-level expertise to solve complex issues with broad business impact.

Reporting Relationships:
As our Talent Transformation Consultant, you will report to the Head of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness.
Location:
Hybrid role - 3 days in Hudson Yards, NYC, or Stamford CT office. 2 days WFH. Travel to other Guardian offices as determined by the People Leader.
Salary Range:
$132,420.00 - $217,545.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
