How would you like to make sure our systems make products that are world-class in quality? We are looking for someone to provide Quality Assurance Leadership in support of our end-to-end quality systems. These activities range from Research & Development initiative processes through to delivery in our manufacturing facilities. As our business continues to have unprecedented growth, this role will provide Quality Assurance (QA) support and guidance through the initiative process by ensuring quality expectations and technical readiness requirements for all phases of development are met for product launch.

This role will provide overall Quality Assurance leadership and support for project initiatives as a core member of a project team. Provide QA support and mentorship for initiative related activities such as consumer or clinical studies, material qualifications, stability, validation, sales samples, and product launch activities. You will understand and ensure regulations for production of drug, cosmetics, dietary supplements, and consumer goods are met.

Job Qualifications

Required:

  • Must have a minimum of a bachelor’s in Engineering or Physical Sciences (Chemistry, Microbiology, etc.).
  • 2-5 Years of experience
  • Interest in Quality Sciences
  • Excellent written/oral communication, Critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical thinking, leadership, digital skills, and innovation.
  • Demonstrated sills to train, coach, motivate, and influence others; must be able to use data to make efficient decisions and recommendations in the face of contradictory opinions or pressure
  • Knowledge of regulatory affairs, GMP, material qualifications, validation, and product launches preferred
  • Skills to identify, assess, and manage Microbiological, Quality, and/or compliance risks, including communication to Leadership, collaboration with other functions, and ensuring that appropriate actions ar taken in a timely matter
  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Is an effective listener and capable presenter, has the ability to interact effectively with others at all levels within the Technical and Commercial functions
  • Has a focus on business objectives, able to prioritize, follow-up and deliver results in a timely fashion, is proactive and capable of evaluating risk, anticipating barriers and anaging quality related risks before they become issues. Able to generate and use data to drive action within the organization.
